How long do orders typically take to ship out?

Orders can take anywhere between 1-7 days to ship out. Why is this? Because all of our products are hand & heart crafted in small batches, & certain products are made to order (for example, our 8 & 16 oz. Yellow Flower Power Salves). If you need it quickly, please contact us, or write a note on the checkout page before you complete your order if you need it promptly. Please note that most of our products take at least 1 month to create from start to finish.

You bet you do, love! We will email you, via the email you provide at checkout when you purchase your order (so please don’t input your spam email) and be sure to check the Spam section in your Email, because unfortunately sometimes our emails end up there because we are a small business!


We use ONLY essential oils and herbs in our products because Fragrances are Endocrine System disruptors and can cause a myriad of issues in the body, including dry skin, hormone disruption (fragrances mimic hormones in our bodies & disrupt the delicate endocrine dance), rashes, eczema, and the list goes on, so to ensure that our products benefit you in the ways we promise, we only use essential oils and herbs!

Why do we only use essential oils and herbs, instead of fragrances?


Do you take efforts towards sustainability?

We absolutely do! We only ship things out with recycled materials, we compost all biodegradable materials, sell majority of our products in glass (and will be making the transition to sell all in glass in the future), research the brands we purchase ingredients from to ensure they’re doing their part to care for the environment, AND we contribute 10% of each purchase whether it be products or sessions towards efforts to repopulate native plants, trees, bushes & the like in our local area & are working to find charities to work with around the world that are uplifting people, the planet, & environmental efforts.


How long are our products good for?

Our products last anywhere from 1-3 year from the make date on the bottle. It does depend on what kind of conditions they’re kept in. If they’re kept in a cool space, out of direct sunlight they will last longer than if they are exposed to high heats & direct sunlight.


Why don’t we include other preservatives in our products?

We purposefully only add what is absolutely necessary to our products. As essential oils, coconut oil, carnauba wax and beeswax act as natural preservatives & we have found that they work well enough to keep our products good for 1-3 years.


I purchased a session in the online shop, now what?

You will be receiving an email within 24 hours (unless we are closed due to vacation, traveling, etc. which will be explicitly stated on our homepage of out website) about when you would like to book. We plan to offer online scheduling in the near future to make it even easier for you to set up your appointments.


I have questions about products, sessions &/or trainings… what should I do?

Please contact us via email at littlelotustradingco@gmail.com or head over to our Connect Page, submit a form & we will get back to you as soon as possible. We will be sure to respond within 24 hours if it is a weekday & within 48 hours if it is a weekend.


What is our return policy?

Do to the nature of our products, we do not offer the ability to return items, unless your order was improperly filled. Especially in the times of Covid-19 we are not allowing any returns on any of our products.


What is our refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for any of our products nor sessions once an order is shipped, (or if it is special ordered once it is made) and once sessions are completed. Why is this? Because we will hold ourselves to the highest integrity of giving you exactly what you ordered, or asked for & once it is completed we will not accept the item back, or once a session is finished, you will be charged because it is an energetic exchange.
If you are unhappy with your items or session, please contact us & have a conversation with us about why, how we could serve you better, and we will work with you in getting you exactly what you need/want. We may offer you a discount on your next purchase to ensure you are satisfied with our offerings & feel as though it is an equal energetic exchange. We want you to be happy, and we honor our energy, too!
